It opens up words like a flood my mind
Sugar-coated, softly spoken in rhymes
Time is running, always running to hide
To lead us on a failing compromise
I hear voices, songbirds talking
I make choices that change nothing
Just because I don't see the fuss don't mean
That it's not there and that I'm not scared of me
Don't despair, just tread carefully
Lose your senses, lose your mind and be free
I hear voices, songbirds talking
I make choices that change nothing
Could this be the moment?
